The Ivanhoe Saints Cricket Club is proud to be a cornerstone of cricket in the Ivanhoe area, with a rich history and a dynamic presence in local sports. Our club has evolved from the merger of two esteemed institutions: the Ivanhoe Cricket Club, established in 1906, and the East Ivanhoe Saints Cricket Club. For over a century, Ivanhoe Park and Chelsworth Park have been the focal points for cricket enthusiasts in our community, providing a vibrant backdrop for countless matches and memorable moments.

Since our official formation in 2015, the Ivanhoe Saints Cricket Club has continued this proud tradition, growing into a diverse and inclusive sporting community. We are dedicated to offering cricketing opportunities for players of all ages and skill levels, ensuring that the love for the sport is passed down through generations.

Our Teams and Programs

Senior Men’s Teams: We proudly field four Senior Men’s teams competing in the Victorian Sub District Cricket Association (VSDCA) turf competition. These teams represent our club with dedication and skill, contributing to the high standard of cricket in the region.

Junior Cricket: Our Cricket Blast program introduces children up to 10 years old to the joys of cricket in a fun and engaging environment. We also offer mixed Junior teams in the Eastern Cricket Association and North Metro Cricket Associations, catering to age groups from u10 to u18. This structured pathway helps young cricketers develop their skills and passion for the game.
Veterans Team: Our Veterans team, for players over 40, fosters camaraderie and friendly competition. This team often concludes its matches with social gatherings, strengthening bonds within our community.
Ivanhoe Cricket Academy: We are committed to nurturing talent through our Ivanhoe Cricket Academy, which provides elite coaching and high-performance training. Utilizing the latest technology, the Academy helps players reach their full potential and achieve their cricketing goals.
